Having worked in the gas industry for over 40 years, Wayne has done just about every job imaginable.

Starting out as an apprentice gas fitter he worked his way up to service technician, service supervisor, technical trainer and finally the Safety Program Manager for one of the largest propane and oil marketers in the New England area. During that time his responsibilities included the development of training programs for service, delivery, CSR’s, and plant and warehouse personal. He was also responsible for writing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOP’s).

 

Wayne's knowledge and experience are hard to match. Combined with a passionate desire to pass on that knowledge and you have a dynamic trainer who believes in a hands-on approach to learning.

 

• Over 40 years in the gas industry, including nearly 20 years with one of the largest natural gas utilities in Massachusetts.

• Over 20 years with Eastern Propane and Oil as a service technician, technical trainer, and safety program manager.

• Certified Employee Training Program (CETP) instructor, proctor, and skills evaluator.

• Continuing Education Provider for the New Hampshire mechanical licensing board.

• Continuing Education Provider for the Massachusetts Plumbing and Gas licensing board.

• Member IAPMO training team.

• Subject Matter Expert for the Propane Education and Research Council (PERC).

• Member Propane Gas Association of New England.

• National Safety Council certified CPR, AED and First Aid instructor.
